Estate Agent advertising will be free initially until the site is providing a sustained service level and providing quality sales leads. Once the site provides a sustained level of service a small usage fee will be introduced in order to improve the site further and add more advanced features.

Initially Sellright will not be providing a facility for private sales adverts; however this will be something that Sellright will be looking to provide in the future.
